Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

Extraction technique changes depending on the surface — hardwood, carpet pad, and concrete slab all hold and release water differently, so our crews adjust equipment and dwell time to the actual material, not a one-size approach.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Greenwich"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Greenwich"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Greenwich"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Greenwich"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., GreenwichIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Aqua Guard Water Damage dispatches water extraction crews throughout Greenwich and the surrounding zip codes, including 44837.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Greenwich address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
